Class Descriptions

Choose a class that is right for You!

Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow is designed to cultivate heat in the body with the creatives sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, and a strong focus on breath awareness. Classes will have a variety of music and themes. All levels are welcome. 

 

Yoga Flex: 

This is a beginner-friendly class that makes yoga accessible to everyone. With the use of props and pose modifications, you can discover that YOU can do yoga. Leave class feeling taller and with increased mobility. Class concludes with relaxation poses to settle the mind and body.

 

Barre:

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class – combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.

 

Tabata/Torch & Tone– Interval Training:

H.I.I.T- stands for- high-intensity interval training. This is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.

 

Simply Pilates: 

This focuses on developing flexibility, core strength, balance and stamina. The exercises are designed to align, strengthen, and lengthen the body in a unique way. Most movements are non-impact and non-weight bearing. Class participants learn to become aware of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core. Props may be used. All levels are welcome.

 

Functional Fitness: 

Functional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability

Burn & Build:

This class focuses on burning those unwanted calories alongside building those necessary muscles for daily function and health. Adding in weighted exercises, as this class does, will help expedite fat-burning processes. This class is sure to give you the workout that every BODY needs.
